Talent Shanghai is facing the challenge to serve more and more users online. The current system, two servers of different host names running different functions, crawls everyday at peak time. Customers complain the slow speed and sometimes total denial of access. There's no easy way to fix the problem, they need a whole new idea to build the system for tomorrow.

• We built the application cluster using TriLoad Balancer, one new application server is added to the cluster to provide more performance. Deploying all function models to all the application servers. The whole site shifted to the new environment just in 2 days within only 30 minutes maintainance window.
